I found this recipe on this site when I was looking for fun party snacks. I love this idea! What child can eat a whole caramel apple by themselves?
These are super easy. Just use a melon baller to scoop little balls out of an apple. Add a stick, dip into melted butterscotch chips, and coat with your choice of toppings! I think this would be a fun treat to make for Koby's baptism coming up.
